Programmed vin to pcm

Question

I took my car to the dealership and they said that they can't help me because they don't not have the tools to program my pin number to my PCM the car still runs it just stalls out every once in a while it starts right back up I want to fix the problem before it gets worse can anyone help me thank you so so so much
