Hi, my car read both codes PO 400 and PO 443. I just got the codes po 400 and the po443, I just started a new job, had to save up, this week I got the erg valve fixed, and thought that would do the trick, but after two days of driving it it all of a sudden, without any warning died on me again as it had done before while driving. It start up right away, drives great.. It's very scary, I'm afraid to drive till the problem is fixed. I plan on getting this done asap, want to order the parts for the second code asap, My concern is that this won't in fact be the answer to my problem. So should it do the trick? Or is there something else I'm missing that would cause my car to shut off unexpectedly? And can you give me detailed description of how to repair it.

P0400 Exhaust gas recirculation flow malfunction

P0443 Evaporative emission control system purge control circuit malfucntion

If the Purge solenoid is in any way shorting out , this would be the problem what happens is its recieves power from the igntion or ECCS relay then that circuit travels to the IAV  (Idle air control valve) and the CKP (crankshaft position sensor) . So when the ECM commands the purge solenoid on , the circuit for the CKP is affected and the stall occurs. and yes it will restart and drive with no problem until the purge is commanded on by te ECM. You can verify that this would do the fix by disconnecting the purge connection and drive the vehicle if you are confident that no stalling is occuring.
