P1259 Honda - Car drives fine then cuts off and wont crank up?

I have had my 1998 Honda Accord for 4 years. After it hit year 3 it hasn't ran good ever since. Right now it will run great for a few days even a couple weeks sometimes and then it will sometimes just cut off on my going down the road. Once it does sometimes i can let it sit for 30 minutes and it will crank back up and sometimes it just wont crank back up at all. Sometimes it wont cut off on its on but it just wont crank. It is very random sometimes. We have replaced the fuel pump, ignition coil, distributor cap, rotor button, seals(it did have a slight oil leak but doesn't anymore), plugs and wires, alternator and battery, and e.g.r. valve!!!! Any help would be appreciated!

This code is for the Vtech system malfunction. It's possible the engine is just low on oil so start there. Here is some more info for the code for you.
