2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue 3.5L with engine code P0410

Question

I'm about 1 week away from my inspection sticker expiration and need information concerning the "not ready" conditions of the catalyst and secondary air system. Normally, one would expect to see the po410 with a secondary air failure, but in this case it doesn't appear. The trouble codes do state that i'm having misfires at the #3 cylinder, but nothing of the secondary air problem. Any help would be much appreciated.
