2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette 3.4L with engine code P0410

Question

my olds van has a code p0410 with light on dash. I have replaced the air pump , both air check values , egr value , egr selanoid relay , the fuse is good , driving the van it run fine, I did also have to replace the cat.
