Does the vtc affect like whenever you go over 50 mph the car will start shaking like it's something to do with th balance or alignment

Hi there

This usually will not cause this problem. This is normally the result of bad tire balance in most cases. It can also be an issue with the drive shaft/cv joints causing the problem as well.
