I got the engine code P1009 on my 2008 Honda Accord EX-L 2.4L

This is the code from the scan by AutoZone. Is this even a valid code for my 2008 Honda Accord EX-L 2.4L.?

P1009 Variable valve timing control advance malfunction

What causes this code are ,low oil condition , a block strainer , VTC solenoid, VTC actuator,this is  a valid code, You may want to inspect and check the strainer for any blockage,If the strainer is okay, then the VTC solenoid and actuator needs to be check, Honda has a TSB about this condition TSB# 09-010 titled Engine rattles at cold start up. for about 2 seconds if you have this condition the VTC actuator is defective.
