i put a new 02sensor on cleared codes but the service engine soon came back on and the code 0134 also.

Do you know which sensor did you replaced? Did you use factory sensor or aftermarket? Usually replacing the front O2 sensor takes care of the problem. Also check the O2 sensor fuse.
