battery is good. starter is good. ignition swithch is good. i already tested all of that but then still mi car wont turn on and i dont know why and this is the code the appears p0108 and u0100

The code is for the MAP sensor. The map sensor can cause the engine to stall, or not start. You can disconnect the electric connector and run the engine, but your vehicle will have poor engine performance.
