Question

I have replaced my MAF Sensor recemtly and deleted the code with OBD diagnostic yet the engine check light comes back on, what could be the cause? the air and oil filters are new and there are no leaks on inlet pipe. the throttle body is clean as a whistle and there is no loss of power, any help would be appreciated
