2004 Mercedes Benz C220 with engine code P1407

I have replaced EGR plus cleaned PDF new turbo still having problems help always comes up with the code P1407 on my 2004 Mercedes Benz C220

Change the vacuum hose, cloth cover type hose can hide any breaks, you may have the plastic hard lines that becomes brittle after a while, if you can change the vacuum line. stay away from the cloth covered type.
