P0446 EVAP emission control system vent control malfunction

The Evap canister is located right next to the brake master cylinder, If all the connection at the evap cansiter is good, P0446 is mostly cause by the FTP not reporting the correct fuel pressure,

  Kia has a TSB about P0446, TSB # TT720404-002, what this is about is the FTP not correctly reporting the fuel pressure in the tank.which tends to cause P0446.They also want you to make sure the atmosheric hose port is never blockedor kink which can cause EVAP related malfunction and EVAP vent codes
