P1518 CHEVROLET -

I had a dead batterie. Put a charger on and heard a pop.Bought new batterie and started blowing the etc/ecm fuse.After wigglig wires arround the fuse stoped blowing but still can get anything out of the gas peddle.Did a dianostics check and came up electronic throttle module to pcm communication P1518.Need help
