poor idle on my car

I have p0012 error code on my Camry 08, I have changed the OCV still having the same code p0012. What else can I change?

P0012 Retarded camshaft timing

Even if the idle returns to normal the , the DTC light will remain on for a short period of time. If the code does persist a timing check of the timing chian would be required to do.
