Does a trouble code have to be cleared or will it go away or can I disconnect the battery for an amount of time

Hi there,

This is a fuel mixture code, it could go away on it's own but it would take a very long time. You can disconnect the battery for up to 24 hours to clear the code. This would also reset the fuel trim so the code doesn't come back unless there is some other issue causing it.
