HAVE A 1997 FORD ESCORT 2.0L WITH CODES P1506 & P1504. WE HAVE REPLACED THE IAC AND STILL IDLING ROUGH & VERY HIGH.......

Hi there,

What I usually see with these is a high and rough idle causing the IAC codes because of a leak in the vacuum line to the pcv valve. It usually either cracks at the elbow or becomes soft and mushy and get's sucked closed by the vacuum.
