2001 Ford Focus ZT3 with engine code P1406, how do I fix this problem?

P1406 Exhaust gas recirculation system

This code condition is cause by the DPFE sensor

 Here is the cause for P1406 , there are 2 exhaust hose that attaches to this sensor one is small the other is large. make sure the the hoses go into its exact place when replacing the DPFE sensor
