Intake Manifold Tuning Valve Replacement

Removal Procedure

 

 

1.Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement 
2.Disconnect the engine harness electrical connector (1) from the intake manifold tuning valve.
3.Remove the power steering pump.

 

 

4.Remove the intake manifold tuning valve bolts.
5.Remove the intake manifold tuning valve.

Installation Procedure

2.Install the intake manifold tuning valve.
3.Install the intake manifold tuning valve bolts.
4.Install the power steering pump. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement
5.Connect the engine harness electrical connector (1) to the intake manifold tuning valve.
6.Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
