P0132 0xygen sensor circuit high Bank 1 Sensor 1

Question

no problems prior just wanted to put new items on. all new. 03 dodge neon
02 sensor both
ignition coil
spark plug wires and plugs
air filter
pcv valve
all 4 motor mounts
after work was done the light was on with the code. what should i do?

P0132 -02 sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 voltage high

Voltage high code condition is when there is a disconnection of the sensor, Check the connection for proper connection.or the harness for any opens wire
