P0340 - 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction

Bank 1 sensor 1,  When it is bank 1, this is where cylinder number 1 is located at, Being sensor 1 this make it a engine management sensor, also known as upstream  (before catalytic)  Number 1 in diagram
