Po507 code 2007 Nissan altima engine hesitation and a lot of emmision what's wrong?

Running lean rpms higher than normal exhaust more than normal and every light on dash is on I.e.services ce engine e soon tire pressure master warning light

The P0507 code means that the idle is too high. There are several things that could cause the high idle, but the code is the result of the problem and not the cause. Common things that could cause the symptoms you describe are bad Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor, leaking fuel injectors, air intake leaks and/or spark plugs.
