2006 volkswagen jetta 2.5l reading a lot of codes after upgrades

Question

On my jetta I have install a catch can, a after market air filter and a magnetic fuel saver on the fuel supply line and after I done that those codes I have listed came up what can I do or replace to clear those codes out I really need help

P0098 Intake air temperature sensor 2 circuit high

P0171 Fuel trim lean Bank 1

P0507 Idle air control system higher that expected

P2279 Intake air system leak

P0101 Maf (mass air flow) circuit range perfromance

The catch can is more for a turbo application and the 2.5 liter does not have one. and the catch can  is more for a racing application. P2279 is main reason for all the code condition , having a intake leaks especially at the MAF air duct boot will cause the MAF to operate outside its range. and the intake leak will cause higher than normal RPM. and a lean fuel trim condition. Fix the intake leak and clear the code. P0098 this is the intake air sensor which is part of the MAF check the connection there.
