Oxygen sensor go by upstream sensor and downstream sensor, Bank 1 is always where the number 1 cylinder is located at, Bank 2 is opposite of where cylinder 1 is located. Sensor 1 are the upstream 02 sensor or the engine management sensors.  Sensor 2 are catalytic monitor sensor or the downstream 02 .
