is a reading of po455 456 related to getting a code po420 on a honda accord 2010

i have codes reading po420 po455 po456 on my 2010 honda accord exl. can they be related because gas cap was not tight.

The 455 and 456 are due to the fuel cap being loose. The P0420 is unrelated and is an issue with the catalytic converter. If you are in the US, this is covered with an 8yr/80,000 warranty.
