2004 honda accord ex v6 has 4 dtc p0171, p0174, p0420, & p0430, cause of this?

My 2004 honda accord ex v6 6 speed manual transmission with a J32A3 motor swap, has the check engine light on. When i plugged in the dtc scanner it said that i had 8 codes p0171, p0174, p0420, & p0430 aswell as those same 4 codes again except with a p.d. at the end meaning that they were pending. Just wanted to know what would cause all 4 codes to come up at the same time as well as the same 4 to be pending.

P0171 Fuel trim lean Bank 1

P0174 Fuel trim lean Bank 2

P0420 Catalytic below efficiency Bank 1

P0430 Catalytic below efficiency Bank2

The purpose of the CK ENG LT is to protect the catalytic convertor and the catalytic is to protect the enviroment. The only issue this engine has are lean condition where there is more air than fuel ratio.When it comes to a lean code condition for a Honda if you clear  a P0171 and a P0174 and test drove the vehicle it would take up to 40 minutes of driving before a lean code are detected, What happening to your vehicle it is pended immediately,

J32A3 Has a more aggressive camshaft which make it a free flowing intake and exhaust., check the door   sticker for type of engine this orginally has if it is a J30A4, and what 02 sensor where used and from what engine?

The stock motor was a J30A4 and i believe that the J32A3 oxygen sensors are being used.

This is going to be a trail and error routine, what you have in the vehicle now is a Acura engine, That the reason for the codes, use the 02 sensor from the old engine,

Really, so from the old motor? Just to make it clear this is not a recent swap motor has been in for about a year and there wasnt any issues.
