I got the engine code P2243 on my 2003 Honda Accord V6, how do I fix this problem?

P2243 Rear A/F sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 1) VCENT line high voltage

For Honda when this appears it mostly means a failed or poor connection of the A/F sensor or 02 sensor, If the connection is good, you must replace the A/F sensor.
