2000 frontier sputtered then quit, will not start, 12v on all fuses, what to check next?

The p0443 and P1447 code are not related to the stall problem. The P1320 code means that you have a problem with the ignition coil. The ignition coil is part of the distributor. The distributor is not repairable and must be replaced as an assembly except distributor cap and rotor head. In other word the distributor is more than likely the problem.
