P1320 Nissan - how dangerous/safe is it to drive with this code?

Vehicle runs fine for now, would like to know if it could make trips back and forth to work until fixed.

Hi there,

You can continue to drive the car. The factory repair is to replace all of the ignition coils, however most of the time it will eventually throw a code for the cylinder that is causing the problem.
