What is a leak detection Pump solenoid?2

Question

My truck has had the code 1495 for quite some time, I've canged the evap pump, all the vacuume lines, I've put a new computer and a new fuel pump in it and we are still unable to figure out what the problem is and even after changing the computer the code 0601 keeps coming up now too. can someone please help me.

The P0601 is pointing to an issue with the new computer or the power feed to the computer. I would double check the connection at the computer.
