I have jette 2008. With 64k. Keep getting p0304 code... What to do? What could be wrong?

Keep getting error code p0304. Have replace all spark plus and ign. Coils Please help

P0304 Misfire number 4 cylinder

Move the number 4 ignition coil to a different known working cylinder, clear the code and test again see if the misfire codes again.

 On this VW, there was a persist misfire on the number 3 cylinder, thie fuel injector was tested and passed. and the compression was good, what was found on the number 3 igntion coil was the igntion coil connector on the 3 cylinder was opened and torn

 We replaced the wire connection for the number 3 cylinder due to the wire connection failure.
