2006 Mercedes ML350 6 Cyl with code P0300

Question

I have code P0300 Mercedes ML 350 model 2006, and the cause of this code is coolant there is a leak in the radiator, what if I changed the radiator and solved the leak problem of coolant, still need to change the cylinder gaskets and how I can know

P0300 Random misfire

When it comes to MBZ and there is a mifire the ECM would shut down the fuel injector of that offending clyinder and would code what cylinder that has the misfire. with the CK ENG LT on  clear the code  at start up if there a mifire present. ? check that cylinder  sparkplug condition you may not even have a headgasket problem.
