So I have this code PO420 and PO011 does this mean I need to buy both o2 censors ?

Vehicle: 2007 pontiac g6 2.1L 4C

P0011 Intake camshaft position (CMP) system performance

P0420 Catalyst below threshold Bank 1

As long as P0011 is present and a drivabilty issue caused by P0011 buying both 02 sensor will not fix anything. Take care of P0011, reset the CK ENG LT and go from there.
