P0011 code and p0420 on hyundai sonata 06 4 cyl

P0011 Camshaft "A" position timing over advanced or system performanced (Bank 1)

P0420 Catalyst system effiency below threshold (Bank 1)

With the camshaft posiition being over advanced this will cause the catalytic to go below threshold. The only concern you have is P0011. To resolve this problem the OCV (oil control valve ) should be replaced, There are 2 OCV that is equipt with the engine. these are prone to high failure rate that a TSB has been applied to this situation TSB# 09-20-018. titled CCVT oil oil control valve inspection. In this TSB you are to inspect and remove any debris that may have lodge in it and test it ,  if it pass its test no replacement is required.It is very rare that it pass a test as a replacement of the solenoid ensure proper working order of the engine.and maintain proper oil maintance to ensure its longevity.
