1999 Toyota Camry 2.2 code p0303

My car have this code I already replace all sparks and wires.
Can you please tell me what can I do next to fix the problem?

P0303 Misfire number 3 cylinder

The Camry 2.2 this make it a dual over head cam.and it would use a coil pack , How was the sparkplug condition of the number 3 cylinder and also is there another misfire code with this code? What cause misfire are mostly  ignition related, such as the sparkplug and spakplug wires. What can also contribute to the misfire condition are fuel injector not woking or mechanical condition . Do a leak down test on cylinder 3. what need to be ruled out is a mechanical condition.
