P2101 Dodge - etc light abs light and engine light

Question

I got etc light, abs light and engine light on. Ive changed the throttle body and cleared the lights but they still come back. My engine light stays on but the etc and abs light will come on at times and id have to turn off my car and start it back up for them to go away but still come back. I need help please.
