2009 Hummer H3 5.3L with code U0109, where are the fuel pump and body control modules?
A new tranny was towed in. Have u0109 code but the connection at Trans is good.

P0109 Loss communication

The fuel pump is in the fuel tank, the body control module is number 10 in the diagram

U0109 does not mean Losss ommunication with the fuel pump module, for the Hummer, it is loss communication with the serial data. To deal with this code condition you check for other module that reported a DTC, the module that report the DTC is the module that is not at fault, it the one that does not report is the module at fault.
