Question

Ran something over last night in my G37 2008 Base, And the service engine soon light comes on so i took it over to good year and got the code and said i needed a new O2 bank 1 sensor 1.
i did a little research and it says that a O2 sensor is only 100 dollars and good year wants to scam me for 500 dollars to do the install. So i want to do it my self.

1. Whats the best O2 sensor for my car.

2. ive read that i should run a bunch of test on the car before i make sure that the o2 sensor is actually bad. any links for this?

P2A00  A/F (airflow sensor ) 1

This type air flow sensor is a planor type and it is expensive, being a planor means it very percise in its measurement.Having P2A00 if it had a complete definition it would state , range / perfromance condition, and being a percise 02 sensor air intake leakage can set this code, such as its air filter ,having a worn to diry   air filter can set this code and you have 2 airfilter and 2 MAF (mass air flow sensor) , Check the airfilter condition , and clear the code ,
