Lexus rx300 2001, has code 1135 and 1155, does that indicate that both bank 1@2 heaters have failed?

P1155 A / F sensor heater circuit malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 1

Here is a Lexus with a 3.0 the code here was P1135 and P1155 Both of these codes are  Sensor 1 this make both the 02 sensor a upstream sensor or the enginemanagement sensor. what cause both the code condition was a open fuse listed as A / F heater located in the engine fuse/relay box. With the fuse replaced both codes reset on the second ignition cycle,and the fuse opened. what happen here was Bank 1 Sensor 1 A/F sensor internally shorted, replacing the A/F due to  its internal short solved the problem for both code condition , as a precaution the A/F relay was also replaced.
