P1135 Toyota - whis of the 3 sensor need to replace

have same problem in my rav4 98 p1135 code a/f heater circuit bank 1 sensor 1

P1135 A/F (airflow) sensor heater circuit malfunction (only for California spec)

Bank 1 you only have one Bank, Sensor 1 this would be the upstream 02 sensor which is before the catalytic convertor.
