I got the engine code P0431 on my 2004 Mitsubishi Galant 2.4L, what is O2 Sensor Bank 2?

The code is for the pre catalityc converter, not one of the O2 sensors. If you want to try the O2 sensor, then you are looking for the down stream O2 sensor. This is the one behind the converter. Sensor #2.
