2006 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4.0L 6 Cyl with engine code P0431

Question

I own a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4.0L 6 Cyl, the engine light lit up, telling me to change the 02 sensor, did that the light came back, to make the story short I replaced all 4 sensors on the manifold. and the light keeps coming back saying now that," Warm up Catalyst Efficiency Bellow Threshold , what can I do or what you recommend

P0431 Catalyst 2/1 efficiency

This particular vehicle had a TSB for P0420 and P0430 TSB # 18-046-07. what this was about was to reprogram the PCM with a new software.Check to see in the engine compartment if there is a label authorization modification # 04275086AB. If you do not have the PCM software and you replace the mini catalytic this would only be a repeat with this code condition
