how do i fix p1399 and p0302

Question

When im on a red light you can feel the engine more specially when i let go of the brakes and the check engine light starts blinking on and off

P1399 Random misifire

P0302 Misfire number 2 cylinder

P1399 is more associated with the EGR system which will set a random misfire code condition , What happens is you have a EGR that is metered for 4 cylinder because number 2 cylinder is misfiring it sends incomplete combustion gases to the exhaust,  The Exhaust gases is also used for the EGR system to reduce N0x. by reintroducing exhaust gases into the combustion chamber because there is incomplete exhaust gases due to the misfire it enter the comustion chamber from the EGR and upset the fuel mixture as a result P1399 appears. Check the sparkplug wire and replace if necessary and if there is oil in the sparkplug well you wll need to replace the valve cover also.
