Are there more sensors to be changed or am I looking at a new transmission?

We have a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. My wife did a rapid acceleration. The transmission down shifted into 2nd gear and stayed there. My code reader shows PO733 and PO734. I have changed the fluid and filter, both speed sensors, and the control solenoid. The van drives fine up to 35mph and gets very hot. What do I do next? New transmission?

P0733 Gear ratio error in 3rd gear

P0734 Gear ratio error in 4th gear

The only possible condition would be the solenoid assemblyin side the assembly is the temperature sensor if it read overheating this causes to lock out of 3rg or 4th gear.Check the transmision fluid condition if it shows very darkish then the transmission is overheating and  new transmision would be the solution
