I have a 2005 Chrysler pacifica I just bought about a week ago! I was advised is needed motor mounts! Today my check engine light came on and every time im coming to a complete stop it feels like the motor is jumping or something. Pleaaaseeeee help! I took it to auto zone for the free diagnosis and got 1 code p0700 transaxle ...... I live in Newark delaware and need helppppp of the best thing to do

P0700 Mil light requested transmission fault detected

Check the transmission fluid.Here is a transmission fluid level check with the vehicle running , very low on transmission fluid, which cause the vehicle to harsh engage into gear, as a result of prolong condition the transmission mount took a beating,Check the transmission fluid, clear the code, if the code returns P0700 should also be accompanied with another code P0700 is a informative code. It may be worth to put the mount needed as required.
