2007 Pacifica pulling a p083b code and is in limp mode.

How would I go about troubleshooting this code? The car doesn't go into limp mode until you put the car in gear and start moving forward. Sometimes you can go several feet before it puts it into limp mode.

We did replace PCM and checked for shorts using multimeter
