PO341 & PO420 2005 Chevy Equinox engine codes. What do they mean?

What is the next step for the above engine codes?

The P0341 is a cam sensor code. In most cases the cam position sensor is the cause of the condition. On this it is the cam position sensor on bank 1

The P0420 code is a code for catalyst efficiency below threshold. This means the bank 1 catalytic converter is not doing it's job. Most often converter replacement is required to resolve this problem.

Since both codes are pointing to issues with bank 1. I would start with replacing the cam sensor, clearing the codes and then seeing if the 420 returns.
