HELLO SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE :

MY car FORD FOCUS 1.6 TDCI HATCHBACK 2006 ZETEC MODEL.. DRIVING TODAY ON THE M1
car has lost power would not Revv over 3000 RPM
I got it scanned on my laptop and showing codes P0489 - P0204 - P042

how do i go about fixing this so i can get my car power back?
