P0411 code what is the fix?

Question

I got code p0411 and p2440 on my 2008 chevy cobalt 2.2 ls sedan manual transmission. ....
I aslo go p0300 multiple random misfire i need some help...
When my car is cold and hasnt been turn on for some hours the car shifts smooth from 1st to 2nd but wen car warms up it shakes and stumbles wen going from a complete stop from 1st to 2nd and feels as if im trtinf to take off in second gear.....PLEASE HELLLLLPPPPPPPP
