B2799 Toyota Camry 2008- How to fix this problem

My check engine light came on and I took the car in for a diagnostic evaluation at a local auto parts store. The two codes that appeared were PO441 and B2799. I was told tightening the gas cap would correct the PO441 error but the technician did not know how to correct the B2799 code. What should I do for my 2008 Toyota Camry?
