My car died an has no spark what would it be? An is the crank shaft sensor. In the distrbuter

My car died, rpm
Went right to zero even when I crank it
OVer an it has no spark and there a tiny bit of oil on the distrbuter cap

This would be the ignition control module inside the distributor, this is known as the ignitor , the crank position sensor on this particular engine is used for fuel injection timing and ignition timing at start up. which is located at the timing belt area.
